Shipping and returns

How to pay

For customers living in Sweden, if you do not wish to pay by credit card, you may pay by "Postförskott" or "Pay on Delivery". There is a 50 kr. charge for this service. You may also pay by using "PlusGiro 30 57 37-9" or "Bank Giro 5981-4780". Once i see that the money has arrived into my account, I shall ship your order.

Shipping Times

Native Canadian Crafts will ship all products which are in stock within 2 - 5 days from the time of receiving your payment. Items that are not at home have a shipping time of 15 - 21 days from the time I receive your order. You will be notified by e-mail if we do not have your item at home. Our line of Gloves, moccasins, and Mukluks (Uggs) has a lead time of 4-6 weeks. We do not have all products at home, but I am purchasing new items often.

Please feel free to contact me to see if the item/items you are wanting is at home. Sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a bit longer. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way, we will contact you by phone or email. If we have the products you ordered at home, we shall ship you your order faster.

All of our products are 100% handmade. Once again.... If we have the product at home, you will receive your order sooner. If a product that you ordered and payed for or has been discontinued, We will notify you and refund you for the full amount of the ordered product, or you may choose another product of equal value.

Shipping Damage

Sometimes situations arise that is out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.

Returns cannot be accepted if: 1) The item was not handled with care from the purchasers part and is damaged 2) We do not accept returns without the receiving of an email explaining the problem first.

All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Exchanging Merchandise

We will accept any exchange, but require an explanation as to what the problem is by email first. Some reasons that we will NOT accept exchanges are:

1) Merchandise was ordered more than 10 days ago. 2) Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser. 3) Merchandise is used or not in a resellable condition.
